Care Wizard is built to keep you safe while still helping you unlock the power of smart support.
What we do with your data
We don't store files, documents, or images. We read only what's needed and delete the rest. Chats aren't saved unless you choose to. No tracking, no profiling.
You stay in control
You decide what to upload or type. You can delete your session anytime. Files are automatically deleted after use.
Anonymised responses
We remove names, addresses, and dates of birth. We might use common names like John or Mary to keep replies natural. These are just placeholders, not real details.
